Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a Japanese kanji for universal life-force energy.  Reiki is a offered as a stress reduction and relaxation technique.
 

Welcome to Healing For Life. My name is Alain and I have been working with various Hands on Healing modalities since 2001 and am a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher registered with the Canadian Reiki Association (CRA).  To be a CRA registered teacher, I have met all the required membership criteria to be able to teach the courses.  See the bottom of this web page for more information.

We frequently get requests for the Reiki Energy Workshop.  If you are interested, send me an email inquiries@HealingForLife.ca and I will notify you when we have enough for another class.  I would like to have the next one at St. Benedicts www.stbens.ca just outside Winnipeg so you will need transportation.

Reiki ART- Advanced Reiki Training

Information on conducting Reiki workshops, creating business tools appropriate for teaching Reiki, and business marketing ideas are included. Time is allotted in class for practicing attunements on others. The Master/Teacher attunement, certificate and manual outlining the attunement process in detail are provided.

Iceberg Analogy

The iceberg analogy in the picture above illustrates our knowledge of ourselves and that which is unknown. 

  • What drives a person and what that person needs for healing will be different for everyone.  No one has all the answers.
  • Healing can sometimes be uncomfortable.  To achieve deep self-healing, it needs to come from within.
  • A heart opening forces a person to search deep inside to get out of their pain.
  • As a part of a person heals, the energy is freed up to work on another part and the healing cycle continues.

A healing crisis:

  • Can last a few hours to a few years.
  • While in it, may feel like nothing is getting better.
  • Is the mind/body and spirit’s way to heal inside.
  • Is experienced differently for everyone.
  • Can result in significant growth and awareness
